1. Information, not advice
Our guides and watch descriptions come from published specs and documented history. Unless a page says so, we haven't tested a watch hands-on. Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice.
2. Specs change
Makers change models and specs. Check the maker or seller before you buy. We don't list prices.
3. You buy from the seller
We don't sell watches. Purchases, returns, warranties and authenticity guarantees are between you and the seller.
4. Stories you send
When you send a story, you confirm it's true and yours to share, and you let us edit and publish it with your approval. You keep ownership, and you can ask us to take it down.
5. Trademarks
Watch and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. We aren't affiliated with them.
6. No guarantees
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or from sites we link to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
